This Privacy Policy explains how MOOD ("MOOD", "we", "us") handles information when you visit thisismood.com (the "Site"). We keep data collection to a minimum.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us for bookings, press or partnerships, we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message.
• Technical data. Like every website, our hosting servers automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested. This is used for security, performance and to keep the Site running.

The Site does not offer user accounts, does not sell products and does not ask you for payment details.

Cookies and embedded content

The Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages include content from third parties:

• YouTube. Videos load in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you press play. Once playing, YouTube (Google) may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Spotify. The embedded player is provided by Spotify and may set cookies or collect usage data under Spotify's privacy policy.
• Social links. Links to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Spotify take you to those platforms, which are governed by their own policies.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to your enquiries, manage bookings and partnerships, protect the Site against misuse and improve how it works. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, such as our hosting provider, and with our management and booking team where needed to answer your enquiry. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its use. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
